An ERP that fits your business, without the licence bill.
ERPNext implemented, customised and supported for SMEs across Singapore and Malaysia. Open source, so there are no per-seat fees and nothing stopping you taking it elsewhere.
- No licence fees, no vendor lock-in
- Custom DocTypes and workflows
- Migration from spreadsheets or legacy ERP
- AI forecasting and document extraction
ERP systems we've already put into production
Not a practice we started last year. These are running businesses today.
Marine & shipyard contracting
AnyMari
A custom ERP replacing paper and spreadsheets — inspections, attendance, workforce records and reporting in one system.
Energy retail
Union Gas Holdings
ERP for a Singapore-listed energy retailer, covering orders, deliveries and the operational reporting behind them.
One system for the whole operation
Implementation, customisation and everything after
Most ERP failures aren't software failures — they're migration, training and process failures. We treat those as the main job.
ERPNext implementation
Chart of accounts, item masters, warehouses, tax rules and user roles configured around your business — not a demo dataset you're left to rewrite yourself.
Custom modules and DocTypes
Where your process genuinely differs from standard, we build it: custom DocTypes, server scripts, approval workflows and print formats inside Frappe, upgrade-safe.
Data migration
Years of records out of spreadsheets, QuickBooks, SQL Accounting, Xero or a legacy ERP — cleaned, mapped, reconciled and verified against your closing balances before go-live.
AI on top of your ERP
Demand forecasting, anomaly detection on purchases, supplier document extraction, and a chat interface that answers 'what's our stock position in Johor' without anyone building a report.
Integrations
E-commerce storefronts, payment gateways, bank feeds, delivery partners, WhatsApp notifications and your existing mobile apps — connected so data stops being retyped.
Hosting, upgrades and support
Managed hosting on your cloud account or ours, with backups, monitoring, version upgrades and a support line. Or we hand over documentation and your team runs it.
You keep control of the system your company runs on
Licensed ERPs charge per user, per year, forever, and make leaving expensive by design. ERPNext removes that from the equation entirely.
- No per-seat licences — add users without adding cost
- Full source access, hosted wherever you want
- Customisations built upgrade-safe as a separate app
- Documentation and handover so you're never trapped
- Active open-source community and long-term maintenance

Six stages to go-live
Nobody goes live on data they haven't reconciled or a process their team hasn't practised.
- 01
Process mapping
We walk your actual workflow — quote to cash, purchase to pay, production to dispatch — and record where the current system fails. This is where an ERP project succeeds or fails.
- 02
Fit-gap analysis
What ERPNext does out of the box, what needs configuration, and the short list that genuinely needs custom development. You see the gap list and the cost of closing it before we start.
- 03
Configuration and custom build
Company setup, chart of accounts, items, warehouses, roles and permissions, then the custom DocTypes and workflows from the gap list, built as a separate Frappe app so upgrades stay clean.
- 04
Data migration and reconciliation
Historical data imported, then reconciled line by line against your existing closing balances and stock counts. We don't go live on numbers nobody has checked.
- 05
Training and parallel run
Role-based training for your team, then a parallel period where old and new run side by side until the numbers agree and people trust the system.
- 06
Go-live and support
Cutover with us on hand, then ongoing support, upgrades and a backlog for the improvements that always surface in the first months of real use.
ERP FAQs
Cost, timeline, upgrades and the questions finance teams ask first.
Why ERPNext instead of SAP, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics?
No per-seat licence fees and no vendor lock-in. ERPNext is open source, so you can host it yourself, read the source and modify anything. For SMEs it covers accounting, inventory, manufacturing, HR and CRM out of the box, and the money you'd have spent on licences goes into customisation that actually fits your business.
What does an ERPNext implementation cost?
There are no licence fees, so you're paying for implementation only. A straightforward setup with two or three modules and clean data sits well below what comparable licensed ERP projects cost. Multi-company, multi-warehouse or manufacturing-heavy builds with migration cost more. We quote fixed after the fit-gap analysis.
How long does it take?
Six to fourteen weeks for most SME implementations. The variable is rarely the software — it's how clean your existing data is and how quickly your team can make decisions on process. We tell you which modules can go live first so you're getting value before everything is finished.
Will customisations break when ERPNext updates?
Not if they're built properly. We put all customisation in a separate Frappe app rather than editing core files, which is the supported pattern and survives version upgrades. Agencies that hack core code are why people believe ERP customisation is dangerous.
Can ERPNext handle Singapore GST and Malaysian SST?
Yes. Tax templates, GST-compliant invoicing and the reporting formats for both jurisdictions are configured during implementation. Multi-currency and multi-company are supported natively, which matters if you run entities in both countries.
Do we have to use your hosting?
No. We can deploy into your own AWS, Google Cloud or on-premise environment and hand over documentation so your team runs it. Managed hosting is available if you'd rather not, but it's an option, not a condition.

Other ways we work together
Mobile App Development
Consumer and field-team apps built to ship, not to demo. We've put more than a million users on apps we wrote — and now every one of them gets AI where it earns its place.
E-commerce Development
Headless storefronts, multi-vendor marketplaces and subscription commerce — wired to your payments, logistics and ERP so orders don't need a human to move.
Car Workshop Platforms
Booking, job cards, parts, labour and invoicing for garages and dealer groups — built for workshops in Singapore, Malaysia and Borneo, and connected to the insurers they work with.
AI Chatbots & Agents
Assistants trained on your catalogue, policies and past tickets. They answer in your tone, hand off cleanly to a human, and log everything back into your systems.
