Software built for the workshop floor, not the back office.
Booking, job cards, parts, labour, claims and invoicing for garages, dealer groups and insurers across Singapore, Malaysia and Borneo. Built from walking real workshops, not from a feature list.
- Online booking and service reminders
- Tablet job cards for the bay
- Insurance claims and approvals
- Multi-branch and dealer-group scale
Automotive platforms we've already shipped
From a performance workshop to a distributor network and the insurance side of the business.
Automotive distribution
Inchcape Borneo Motors
Service and workshop operations at dealer-group scale — bookings, job cards and service history across a distributor network.
Performance workshop
Ten Ten Performance
Workshop platform for a performance and tuning specialist: job cards, parts, labour and customer vehicle history in one place.
Motor insurance
AutoInsure
Motor insurance workflows wired into workshop jobs, so quotes, approvals and claims move without phone calls and paperwork.
Everything between the booking and the paid invoice
One system for the front desk, the bay, the parts counter and the insurer — so the job stops waiting on somebody's phone call.
Job cards that survive a busy bay
Open a job, log labour, add parts, attach photos and get customer approval on extra work — from a tablet in the workshop, not a form someone retypes into a desktop at closing time.
Online booking and reminders
Customers book a slot, pick a service and get automated reminders by WhatsApp or SMS. Service-due and road-tax reminders bring the ones who'd otherwise drift to a competitor.
Parts, labour and inventory
Stock levels, supplier orders and parts consumption booked straight against the job. You find out you're short of a part when you open the job card, not when the car is on the lift.
Insurance claims and approvals
Estimates, adjuster approvals and claim documentation handled inside the same system as the repair — which is where most of the delay in accident work actually sits.
Multi-branch and dealer scale
Several outlets under one roof: per-branch scheduling, bay capacity, technician productivity and revenue reporting, with the group view management actually asks for.
AI where it saves time
Damage photos to a draft estimate, service history summarised for the advisor, and a chatbot that answers 'is my car ready?' so the front desk stops fielding the same call.

- WhatsApp for approvals, updates and reminders
- Multi-branch scheduling and bay capacity
- Technician productivity and revenue reporting
- Works on tablets in the bay, offline-tolerant

From walking the floor to rolling out
Five stages, starting with a day in your workshop rather than a requirements document.
- 01
Walk the workshop
We follow a car from booking to invoice — who touches the job card, where approvals stall, what gets written on paper. Workshop software fails when it's designed from a spreadsheet instead of the floor.
- 02
Map the money
Labour rates, parts markup, insurance versus private jobs, warranty work. Getting the commercial model right up front is what stops a rebuild eighteen months later.
- 03
Build the core flow first
Booking, job card, parts, invoice — the loop that runs every day. Live and earning before we touch the reporting and the nice-to-haves.
- 04
Connect insurers and accounting
Claims, approvals and invoicing wired to the systems you already use, so nothing gets rekeyed between the workshop and the back office.
- 05
Roll out branch by branch
One workshop live and stable first, with your team trained on it, then the next. Advisors and technicians adopt software they've seen working, not software they've been told about.

Workshop software FAQs
Build versus buy, cost, timelines and insurance work.
Why not just buy off-the-shelf workshop software?
If a standard product fits your process, buy it — we'll tell you so. Custom is worth it when you're running multiple branches, doing significant insurance work, or your process is the thing that differentiates you and the off-the-shelf tool forces you to work its way instead.
What does a workshop platform cost?
A single-workshop system with booking, job cards, parts and invoicing typically starts in the five figures SGD. Multi-branch platforms with insurer integrations and dealer-scale reporting cost more. You get a fixed written quote after we've walked your process.
How long until our first workshop is live?
Six to twelve weeks for the core loop — booking through to invoice — with additional branches and reporting layered on after. We deliberately get one site running properly before rolling out.
Can it handle insurance claims work?
Yes, and it's usually where the biggest time savings are. Estimates, adjuster approvals, supporting photos and claim documentation live alongside the repair job rather than in a separate email thread nobody can find later.
Will it work on tablets in the workshop?
That's the point. Technicians and service advisors work on tablets or phones in the bay — logging labour, adding parts, capturing photos and getting customer sign-off — while the back office works on the web dashboard.
Can you integrate with our accounting system?
Yes. Xero, QuickBooks, ERPNext and SAP among others, so invoices and parts consumption flow through without anyone rekeying them. We also build ERP systems, so we're comfortable on both sides of that integration.

Booking, parts, approvals or invoicing — describe where it jams and we'll tell you what fixing it involves and what it costs.
Other ways we work together
Mobile App Development
Consumer and field-team apps built to ship, not to demo. We've put more than a million users on apps we wrote — and now every one of them gets AI where it earns its place.
Custom ERP & ERPNext
ERPNext implemented and customised around how your business actually runs — inventory, manufacturing, accounts, HR — plus the custom modules the off-the-shelf version doesn't have.
E-commerce Development
Headless storefronts, multi-vendor marketplaces and subscription commerce — wired to your payments, logistics and ERP so orders don't need a human to move.
AI Chatbots & Agents
Assistants trained on your catalogue, policies and past tickets. They answer in your tone, hand off cleanly to a human, and log everything back into your systems.
