Chatbots that know your business and can act on it.
WhatsApp and website assistants trained on your catalogue, policies and past tickets — connected to your CRM and ERP so they can check an order, book a slot or raise a ticket, not just talk.
- WhatsApp Business API and web widgets
- Trained on your documents and catalogue
- CRM, ERP and helpdesk integration
- Human handover with full transcript
An assistant with access, not just answers
Most chatbot projects fail because the bot can read but can't do anything. We build the integrations first.
WhatsApp Business API bots
Where your customers already are in Singapore and Malaysia. Order status, bookings, quotes, FAQs and payment links — inside WhatsApp, with a clean handover to a human when it matters.
Website and in-app assistants
A widget that actually knows your products, pricing and policies because it reads your real content — not a decision tree someone has to maintain by hand every time something changes.
Trained on your own material
Product catalogues, PDFs, policy documents, past support tickets and your website, indexed properly. The bot answers from your material and cites where the answer came from.
Connected to your systems
Reading order status from your ERP, writing leads into your CRM, creating tickets in your helpdesk, checking availability in your booking system. An assistant that can't act is just a search box.
Guardrails and human handover
Scope limits so it won't invent prices or make promises, confidence thresholds, escalation rules, and a full transcript log of every conversation for review.
Measured, not assumed
Deflection rate, resolution rate, escalation reasons and cost per conversation on a dashboard — so you can see what it's saving and where it needs work.
Built for how people message here
In Singapore and Malaysia, customer service happens on WhatsApp. We build for that channel first and treat the website widget as the secondary surface.
- Official WhatsApp Business API — not an unofficial bridge
- Multilingual, including mid-sentence code-switching
- Answers cite the source document they came from
- Full transcript logging for audit and review
- Self-hosted open-weight models where data can't leave

From inbox backlog to working assistant
We start from the questions you're actually being asked, not from a feature list.
- 01
Pick the conversations worth automating
We look at your actual inbox or ticket history and find the questions that repeat. Usually a small handful account for most of the volume — that's version one.
- 02
Assemble the knowledge base
Catalogues, documents, policies and past answers gathered, cleaned and indexed. Answer quality is decided here far more than by which model you pick.
- 03
Build, connect and set guardrails
The assistant is built, wired into your CRM, ERP or helpdesk, and constrained — what it may answer, what it must escalate, and what it must never say.
- 04
Test against real questions
We run it against a suite of real historical questions and grade the answers, so you're approving measured accuracy rather than a nice demo.
- 05
Launch and tune
Go live on one channel, watch real transcripts weekly, fix the gaps, then widen the scope. Every bot gets better in production, and this is the part most vendors skip.
Chatbot FAQs
Cost, accuracy, data handling and the questions that decide whether this is safe to deploy.
What does an AI chatbot cost?
A production WhatsApp or website bot on a defined scope typically starts in the four-to-five figure SGD range to build, plus running costs — model usage and, for WhatsApp, Meta's per-conversation fees. We give a fixed build price and a realistic monthly running estimate before you commit.
How long does it take?
Two to five weeks for a first production bot. The variable is how organised your source material is — a company with tidy documentation and ticket history moves considerably faster than one where the answers live in people's heads.
Will it make things up?
That's the risk we design against. The assistant answers from your indexed material rather than general knowledge, has explicit scope limits on things like pricing and commitments, and escalates when confidence is low. Every conversation is logged so you can audit exactly what it said.
Can it hand over to a human?
Yes, and it should. You set the escalation rules — sentiment, keywords, confidence, explicit requests — and the conversation transfers to your team with the full history attached, on whichever channel they already work in.
Is our data used to train the model?
No. We use enterprise API tiers with training disabled by default, and for sensitive workloads we can deploy open-weight models inside your own cloud account so nothing leaves your infrastructure. Data residency and retention are agreed in writing before we build.
Can it handle Malay, Mandarin or Tamil?
Yes. Modern models handle the languages your customers use across Singapore and Malaysia, including code-switching mid-sentence, which is normal here. We test in the languages your customers actually write in.
What are your customers asking, over and over?
Tell us the questions your team answers fifty times a week. We'll tell you what it takes to automate them and what it would cost to run.
Other ways we work together
Mobile App Development
Consumer and field-team apps built to ship, not to demo. We've put more than a million users on apps we wrote — and now every one of them gets AI where it earns its place.
Custom ERP & ERPNext
ERPNext implemented and customised around how your business actually runs — inventory, manufacturing, accounts, HR — plus the custom modules the off-the-shelf version doesn't have.
E-commerce Development
Headless storefronts, multi-vendor marketplaces and subscription commerce — wired to your payments, logistics and ERP so orders don't need a human to move.
Car Workshop Platforms
Booking, job cards, parts, labour and invoicing for garages and dealer groups — built for workshops in Singapore, Malaysia and Borneo, and connected to the insurers they work with.
