  • AI product search and recommendations
  • PayNow, FPX, GrabPay and card payments
What we build

The shopfront and the machinery behind it

A good-looking store that oversells stock and loses conversion tracking costs you more than it earns. We build both halves.

Storefronts that convert

Shopify, WooCommerce or a headless build on Next.js. Fast product pages, a checkout that doesn't lose people on mobile, and Core Web Vitals good enough to keep your ad costs down.

Multi-vendor marketplaces

Seller onboarding, commission splits, payout runs, per-vendor dashboards and dispute handling. The operational machinery a marketplace needs, not just a catalogue with more logos.

AI search and recommendations

Shoppers who search in plain language — 'waterproof jacket under $150' — and get the right products. Plus recommendations and AI-written product descriptions across large catalogues.

ERP and inventory sync

Stock, pricing and orders flowing between your store and ERPNext, Xero or your warehouse system in real time. Overselling is a systems problem, and this is how it gets fixed.

Payments and logistics

Stripe, PayNow, FPX, GrabPay, Atome and card gateways, plus delivery integrations for local and cross-border shipping with live rates and tracking.

Tracking that ad platforms trust

GA4, server-side conversion tracking, Meta CAPI and Google Ads conversion imports configured properly — so your campaigns optimise on real data instead of a broken pixel.

Scope

Built for the market you actually sell in

Singapore and Malaysian commerce has its own payment rails, tax rules and delivery partners. We've shipped into both and don't have to learn them on your budget.

  • Local payment methods configured and tested end to end
  • GST and SST handled correctly at checkout and in reporting
  • Local and cross-border delivery with live rates
  • Server-side conversion tracking for Google and Meta ads
  • Admin experience designed for your team, not just shoppers

Process

From catalogue to first order

Five stages, with the commercial decisions made before anyone opens a design file.

  1. 01

    Catalogue and commercial model

Products, variants, pricing tiers, promotions, taxes and shipping rules. Getting this wrong is the single most common cause of an e-commerce rebuild a year later.

  2. 02

    Platform decision

Shopify when speed to launch wins, WooCommerce when you need cheap flexibility, headless when performance and custom logic matter. We make the case for one and explain the trade-offs.

  3. 03

    Design and build

Storefront design, product and checkout flows, then the build — with the admin experience treated as seriously as the shopfront, because your team lives in it daily.

  4. 04

    Integrations and data flow

Payments, delivery, inventory, accounting and marketing tools connected and tested with real orders before anyone sees the site.

  5. 05

    Launch and optimise

Go live, then work on conversion rate — checkout drop-off, page speed, search quality and the abandoned-cart flows that pay for themselves quickly.

Questions

E-commerce FAQs

Platform choice, marketplaces, payments and fixing what you already have.

Shopify or a custom build?

Shopify if you're selling reasonably standard products and want to launch fast with low maintenance — it's the right answer more often than agencies admit. Custom or headless when you need complex pricing, a marketplace model, deep ERP integration, or performance that a theme can't reach. We'll tell you honestly which one your business needs.

Can you build a multi-vendor marketplace?

Yes. Seller onboarding and verification, per-vendor catalogues and dashboards, commission rules, split payouts, order routing and dispute handling. Marketplaces are meaningfully more work than a single-brand store, and we scope them as their own class of project.

Will it connect to our ERP or accounting system?

Yes — that's a large part of what we do. Two-way sync with ERPNext, Xero, QuickBooks or your warehouse system so stock levels, pricing and orders stay consistent without anyone retyping them.

Do you handle Singapore and Malaysian payment methods?

Yes. PayNow and card gateways for Singapore, FPX and e-wallets for Malaysia, plus GrabPay, Atome and Stripe for cross-border. Multi-currency and multi-region tax handling are configured during the build.

Can you fix conversion on our existing store?

Often the highest-return work we do. We audit page speed, checkout flow, search quality and tracking, then fix the specific things costing you orders. That's usually a fraction of the cost of a rebuild.

Selling online, or trying to?

Tell us what you sell and where it's breaking down. We'll tell you whether it's a rebuild, an integration job or a conversion problem — and what each would cost.
