We build the app, the ERP and the AI that runs them.
Mobile apps, custom ERP on ERPNext, e-commerce platforms and AI chatbots — built by one team across Singapore and Cyberjaya. Fixed price, first release in four to eight weeks, and you own every line of it.

Teams we’ve built for
Five things we do properly
Not a catalogue of eighty services. These are the builds we've shipped over and over for nine years — which is why we can quote them fixed.
Mobile App Development
Consumer and field-team apps built to ship, not to demo. We've put more than a million users on apps we wrote — and now every one of them gets AI where it earns its place.
- Native iOS, Android and React Native
- Offline-first for field and delivery teams
- In-app AI search, chat and summarisation
- App Store and Play Store release handled
Custom ERP & ERPNext
ERPNext implemented and customised around how your business actually runs — inventory, manufacturing, accounts, HR — plus the custom modules the off-the-shelf version doesn't have.
- ERPNext / Frappe implementation & migration
- Custom DocTypes, workflows and reports
- AI on top: forecasting, anomaly alerts
- Hosting, upgrades and ongoing support
E-commerce Development
Headless storefronts, multi-vendor marketplaces and subscription commerce — wired to your payments, logistics and ERP so orders don't need a human to move.
- Shopify, WooCommerce & headless builds
- Multi-vendor marketplace platforms
- AI product search & recommendations
- Payments, delivery and ERP integration
Car Workshop Platforms
Booking, job cards, parts, labour and invoicing for garages and dealer groups — built for workshops in Singapore, Malaysia and Borneo, and connected to the insurers they work with.
- Online booking and job card workflow
- Parts, labour and inventory tracking
- Insurance claims and approvals
- Customer vehicle and service history
AI Chatbots & Agents
Assistants trained on your catalogue, policies and past tickets. They answer in your tone, hand off cleanly to a human, and log everything back into your systems.
- WhatsApp Business API chatbots
- Website and in-app assistants
- Trained on your docs, catalogue and FAQs
- CRM, ERP and helpdesk integration
FieldRobo — field service management, run by AI
Jobs, technicians, assets and invoices in one system, with AI doing the scheduling and dispatch instead of a whiteboard and a group chat. Built by us, used in the field, and available to deploy for your team.
AI scheduling
Jobs assigned by skill, location and SLA
Route optimisation
Fewer kilometres, more jobs per day
Predictive maintenance
Flag failures before the callout
Offline-first app
Works in basements and dead zones

Our Singapore team is rated on Google by the businesses we've built for. Read them yourself — we don't curate the list.
3 Google reviews
“Paste a real Google review here. Keep it to two or three sentences — the ones that name the product built and the outcome convert best.”
“Paste a real Google review here. Reviews that mention responsiveness and hitting deadlines do the most work on a paid-traffic landing page.”
“Paste a real Google review here. If a reviewer names their company or industry, keep it — specificity is what makes social proof credible.”
From first message to launch
The same six steps on every project, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.
- 01
Scoping call
One conversation on WhatsApp or a call to understand what you're building, what it has to integrate with, and what success looks like. Free, and you'll get a rough range at the end of it.
- 02
Fixed proposal
A written scope with milestones, timeline and a fixed price — not a day-rate that drifts. You know what you're getting before anyone writes code.
- 03
Design & prototype
UI/UX and a clickable prototype first, so you're approving screens rather than imagining them. Changes here cost nothing; changes after build cost weeks.
- 04
Build in sprints
Two-week sprints with a working build at the end of each. You get a demo link and a Slack or WhatsApp channel straight to the engineers doing the work.
- 05
QA & launch
Device testing, load testing, security review, then store submission or production deploy. We handle App Store and Play Store approvals, including the rejections.
- 06
Support & iterate
Post-launch support with agreed response times, monitoring, and a roadmap for the next release. Your code, your repos, your cloud accounts — always.
Nine years of shipping, two time zones, one team
We're not a reseller and we're not a body shop. The people who scope your project are the people who build it.
AI-native, not AI-sprinkled
We build with AI in the tooling and in the product. That means faster delivery on our side, and features like natural-language search, smart automation and document understanding shipped as standard — not quoted as an expensive extra.
Singapore and Malaysia
Singapore HQ at Kallang for clients who need a local entity, contracts and grant paperwork. Cyberjaya team for delivery capacity at a cost that works. Same team, same standards, one point of contact.
Fixed scope, fixed price
We quote a number and hold it. Nine years of doing this means we know what a build actually takes — you won't get a low bid followed by a change-request invoice every fortnight.
You own everything
Source code, repositories, cloud accounts and design files are yours from day one, in your organisation, not ours. No proprietary platform you can't leave, no hostage situation at renewal.
Singapore and Cyberjaya
A Singapore entity for contracts, compliance and grant paperwork. A Malaysia team for delivery capacity. Walk into either one.

The things everyone asks first
If yours isn't here, message us — you'll get a straight answer, not a sales sequence.
How much does a mobile app or ERP project cost?
A focused mobile app typically starts in the low five figures SGD; an ERPNext implementation with custom modules and a marketplace-grade e-commerce build sit higher. We give a real range on the first call and a fixed written price before any code is written — no day-rate drift.
How long until we launch?
Most first releases land in four to eight weeks. A clickable prototype comes in the first two, and you see a working build at the end of every sprint after that. Larger ERP or marketplace platforms run three to six months, delivered in stages rather than one big-bang launch.
Why ERPNext instead of SAP, Oracle or Odoo?
ERPNext is open source, so there are no per-seat licence fees and no vendor lock-in — you can host it yourself and modify anything. For SMEs it covers accounting, inventory, manufacturing, HR and CRM out of the box, and we extend it with custom DocTypes and workflows where your process is genuinely different.
Can you add AI to a system we already have?
Yes, and it's a lot of what we do. Chatbots on an existing site, AI search in a live app, document processing into your current ERP — we integrate with what you're running rather than asking you to replace it.
Who owns the code?
You do, completely. Repositories sit in your GitHub organisation, cloud infrastructure in your AWS or Google Cloud account, design files in your Figma. If you ever want to move to another team, everything goes with you.
Are you a Singapore company or a Malaysian one?
Both. Smitiv Mobiles Technologies Pte Ltd is Singapore-registered (UEN 201633346H) with an office on Kallang Road, and our Malaysia team works out of Cyberjaya, Selangor. You contract with the entity that suits you and work with one delivery team either way.
Do you support the product after launch?
Yes. Every project ends with a support arrangement — agreed response times, monitoring, bug fixes and a roadmap for the next release. Plenty of our clients have been with us for years past their first launch.
Can you work with our in-house developers?
Often that works best. We can run delivery end to end, embed engineers alongside your team, or supply a dedicated squad you direct. All three are things we do regularly.
Tell us the idea. We’ll tell you what it costs.
One message, a short conversation, and a real number with a timeline. No discovery fee, no ten-page questionnaire.
