Sound familiar?

Most service businesses aren't short of work. They're short of coordination.

Every one of these costs you jobs per day, and every one of them is a systems problem rather than a people problem.

  • Jobs scheduled on a whiteboard, a spreadsheet and three WhatsApp groups
  • Nobody knows where technicians are or whether the job is done
  • Paper job sheets that arrive at the office days later, if at all
  • Invoices raised a fortnight after the work, delaying cash
  • Parts used on site that never make it into inventory records
  • No service history when the same asset fails again
Features

Everything between the phone call and the paid invoice

One system for the office, the technician and the customer — so nothing gets retyped, lost or remembered wrongly.

AI scheduling

Jobs assigned automatically by technician skill, location, availability and SLA deadline. The schedule rebuilds itself when an emergency lands instead of someone rewriting a whiteboard.

Smart dispatch and routing

Route optimisation across the day's jobs, live technician locations, and travel-aware sequencing. Fewer kilometres between jobs means more jobs completed per technician per day.

Offline-first technician app

Job details, checklists, photos, signatures and parts used — captured in a basement or a plant room with no signal, and synced the moment the phone reconnects.

Predictive maintenance

Service history and asset telemetry used to flag equipment likely to fail, so you schedule a planned visit instead of paying for an emergency callout at the worst possible time.

Assets, parts and inventory

Every asset with its full service history, warranty status and documentation. Van stock and warehouse inventory tracked, with parts consumption booked against the job automatically.

Quotes, invoices and payments

Quote on site, convert to a job, invoice on completion and take payment before the technician leaves. Syncs to your accounting system rather than waiting for someone to key it in.

Customer portal and notifications

Customers book, track technician arrival, approve quotes and see service history themselves — which removes a surprising share of the calls your office handles daily.

Compliance and audit trail

Checklists, safety forms, photographic evidence and signatures captured against each job, timestamped and retained. Ready for the audit rather than assembled the week before it.

Why buy it from us

You're buying the software and the engineering team behind it

Most field service platforms are sold by resellers who can't change anything. FieldRobo is ours — so when your operation needs something the product doesn't do, we build it.

  • Custom workflows and forms built for your industry
  • Integrations with your accounting, ERP and CRM
  • Deployed in your cloud account if you require it
  • Direct line to the engineers who wrote the product
  • Roadmap influenced by customers, not a distant HQ
Getting started

From walkthrough to rollout

You'll run a real pilot before committing to anything company-wide.

  1. 01

    Walkthrough of your operation

We map how jobs reach you now, how they're assigned, what technicians carry, and where the paperwork breaks down. Usually 45 minutes on a call.

  2. 02

    Configured demo on your data

We set FieldRobo up with your job types, asset categories, technicians and SLAs, so what you evaluate looks like your business rather than a generic sandbox.

  3. 03

    Pilot with one team

One crew or one branch runs live for a few weeks. Real jobs, real technicians, real edge cases — and a decision point based on evidence instead of a slide deck.

  4. 04

    Integrate and roll out

Connect to your accounting, ERP and customer systems, migrate asset and customer records, train the wider team, then roll out branch by branch.

  5. 05

    Customise as you go

Because we build FieldRobo, we can change it. Custom workflows, reports, forms and integrations specific to your operation — not a feature request that dies in a queue.

Questions

FieldRobo FAQs

Pricing, offline behaviour, integrations and how quickly you can be running.

What is FieldRobo?

It's our field service management platform — job scheduling, dispatch, a technician mobile app, asset and parts tracking, quoting and invoicing in one system, with AI handling the scheduling and dispatch decisions. We built it, we own it, and we deploy and support it for service businesses.

How is it priced?

Per technician per month, with implementation quoted separately depending on how much configuration, data migration and integration you need. There's no seat charge for office staff who only view jobs. We'll give you a full number after the walkthrough.

Does the technician app work without internet?

Yes — that was a founding requirement. Technicians work in basements, plant rooms and lift shafts. Job details, checklists, photos and signatures are captured offline and sync automatically when the device reconnects.

Can it connect to our accounting or ERP system?

Yes. We integrate with Xero, QuickBooks, ERPNext and SAP among others, so completed jobs become invoices and parts consumption updates inventory without anyone rekeying data. Custom integrations are possible because we control the codebase.

Can you customise it for our industry?

That's the main advantage of buying from the team that built it. Custom job workflows, compliance forms, asset types, reports and integrations are development work we can actually do, not feature requests to a vendor who may never get to them.

How long does implementation take?

A pilot with one team can be running in two to three weeks. Full rollout with data migration, integrations and training across multiple branches typically takes six to twelve weeks depending on size and how clean your existing asset and customer records are.

See it running on your own job types

We'll configure a demo around your service types, technicians and SLAs so you're evaluating your business, not a sandbox. Takes us a couple of days.
