Design & prototype
UI/UX and a clickable prototype first, so you're approving screens rather than imagining them. Changes here cost nothing; changes after build cost weeks.

Build in sprints
Two-week sprints with a working build at the end of each. You get a demo link and a Slack or WhatsApp channel straight to the engineers doing the work.

QA & launch
Device testing, load testing, security review, then store submission or production deploy. We handle App Store and Play Store approvals, including the rejections.
